Marketing and Communications Professional
I am a marketing communications professional with public relations, marketing, media, advertising and event planning experience at the local, statewide and international scale. I established McCoy Communications to share my expertise and help businesses connect with their audiences. I work to understand all elements of a project, exploring who, what, where, when, how and most importantly, why. My ability to communicate complex subjects for mainstream audiences has led to greater visibility for my employers and their clients.
I hold a degree in communications/journalism from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Journalism from Temple University. I have worked in a variety of industries, from cable television to mining equipment and services and beyond. Drawing from my professional experience, I have volunteered my time and talent as a participant and board member for various not-for-profit organizations.
